Fairmont's Christmas Brunch with Santa

Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is offering its annual Christmas Day Buffet Brunch with Santa in the renowned Colonnade on Wednesday, December 25. The first seating begins at 11am and the second seating at 2pm. Santa will stop by each table for a visit, and an electric violinist will perform holiday favorites.

For 39 years, holiday dining in the Colonnade has become a tradition for Washingtonians and visitors alike. The setting filled with greenery and bathed in natural sunlight, with soaring ceilings, glass walls and crystal chandeliers, provides the perfect surroundings for a festive dining experience.

Executive Chef Jaime Montes de Oca, Senior Sous Chef Delonte Avery and their culinary team will prepare; a pancake and waffle station, an omelet station and a carving station with roast prime rib au poivre and honey glazed Nueske’s ham. A seafood station includes local oysters, jumbo shrimp and snow crab accompanied by several sauces. Classic and abundant breakfast items, a cheese, charcuterie and bread display, fruit, pastries and a children’s buffet are limitless.

Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen’s decadent dessert buffet offers treats for all ages. Strawberry Christmas trees, milk chocolate yule logs, rainbow macaroons, Linzer tortes, chocolate pecan turtles, soft gingerbread cake and eggnog panna cotta with rum glaze are decadent holiday delights.

In the lobby, walk through the largest gingerbread house in city, created by our pastry team and special elves.

Complimentary valet parking, coat check, sodas, coffee and tea are included. Guests may purchase libations from Fairmont’s festive Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar. Christmas Day Buffet Brunch, Wednesday, December 25, is served at 11am for the first seating and at 2pm for the second seating.
