From its humble beginnings in 1984, Capital Audio Visuals (CAV) has made meeting the client’s needs its top priority. We are proud of what we do and the products we deliver. We take the time to listen with a critical ear.
Owner Saundra Cox established CAV after a successful career in hotel sales. Her attention to detail resonated with her clients. When asked one time why she studied so hard to learn about each property and its locale she simply replied, “How can you sell what you don’t know?” This is the bread and butter of CAV...knowledge gained and shared.
Flip Cruz, VP of Operations, was our very first hire. He learned the business from the ground up, helping us to build our inventory and infrastructure in smart, practical ways. His skill and technical acumen led us to partnerships early on with corporate and government agencies.
Mike Cox, VP of Sales, has led CAV in diversifying and growing our business base and our boundaries. We are now serving programs coast to coast in the US, Europe and the Caribbean.
Alethea Cruz, Director of Operations, brings her extensive background as a meeting planner, and in retail and hospitality management, to bear every day for CAV. When a planning team calls in to initiate a request, they are met by yet another professional with real-world meeting experience.
