Located in the 16th Street, NW Historic District, the Former Residence of the Ambassadors of Spain serves as the headquarters of the Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain. This magnificent building is the perfect space for hosting cultural events and exhibitions. Designed by renowned American architect George Oakley Totten, the building was built in 1922 as part of a project to develop the surrounding area as the center of social and diplomatic life in Washington, DC. Now, the Former Residence of the Ambassadors of Spain offers a unique space for meetings, art exhibitions, performances, concerts, and lectures.
