Plant Healing & Self Care Circle

Each month, participants will gather to drink tea, engage in self-healing practices, and connect with special guests.

The event begins with introductions and the serving of Bobinsana & Rose Tea. Michelle then leads a plant spirit and heart-opening meditation, incorporating shamanic drumming to connect with the heart. Participants will explore the five channels of awareness: mind, imagination, emotions, body postures, and body sensations.

Following the meditation, attendees will have time for reflection and integration. Journals are encouraged. Those who wish may also contribute items to the altar.

Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) is a vibrant plant native to the Amazon rainforest. Known for its heart-opening properties, Bobinsana helps release emotional trauma and pain, promoting inner peace. It also elevates the spirit and instills a sense of joy and positivity.

Rose is another revered plant ally, associated with love, beauty, passion, and devotion. It offers physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic benefits, including heart-opening, protection, and support for self-love and compassion.

The event provides a safe and supportive space for participants to explore self-healing, connect with plant medicine, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.
