Argus Events + Experiences is a full service event management company focused on strategy, design and production. From our studio, we build strategies, design materials, concepts and event spaces and draft blueprints for efficient and memorable productions. Since 1995 we've been managing conferences, receptions, galas, expos, meetings, and have produced three Presidential Inaugural galas. We create events that push forward client objectives resulting in motivated membership, money cultivated and raised, products and services showcase, thoughtful tributes, energized policies, inspired target audiences and call to actions mobilized. We begin new projects by listening as clients share their vision, challenges and expectations. We compile strategic objectives and deliver tools such as timelines, budgets, draft run of shows, design decks, to give the project a roadmap to success. We manage events on schedule, under budget and in compliance with the original objectives set forth. Our design team crafts an event atmosphere and folds this into sponsorship packages, layouts, save the dates, signage, invitations, registration sites, program books, podium wraps, event slides for a style consistency that compliments your brand. Our in-house inventory of modular pieces creates unique stages and backdrops - all within budget. Our production team oversees audio visual, lighting, entertainment backline, run of shows, event slides, stage participants, entertainers and speakers.
