The Renwick

From presidents to pioneers, this Italian Neoclassical mansion has hosted presidents and diplomats and is ideal for intimate gatherings. Overlooking Dupont Circle and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Patterson Mansion offers a setting that can elevate any conference. The full property hosts up to 200 guests standing with the largest space being the Ballroom fitting 150 guests. Other areas include the bespoke Library, Social Kitchen and Foyer.

Four distinct spaces are available for rental, including the Bethlehem Chapel, the Cathedral’s Nave and the Pilgrim Observation Gallery, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding skyline. The newly opened Virginia Mae Center offers meeting spaces, an intimate chapel, dining facility, an enclosed garden courtyard and overnight accommodation for up to 23 guests.

Credit Union House

A cozy and elegant sitting room featuring a plush sofa, armchairs, and a rich, patterned rug. Warm lighting from pendant lamps and table lamps creates a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by large plants and framed art on the walls.

Located in Capitol Hill, the Credit Union House combines classic charm with modern amenities, making it an ideal spot for cocktail receptions, business meetings or seminars. The venue’s pair of adjacent townhomes reflect the character of the historic neighborhood. Guests can enjoy views of Stanton Park from the Boardroom, while the Capitol View Room accommodates up to 125 guests.

Union Stage
